Kasumisou Foundation in Cambodia
Since 1998 Kasumisou Foundation has provided support to some of Southeast Asia’s most disadvantaged people. We have worked in five Asian countries during the past ten years: Burma, Cambodia, China, Indonesia and Laos. Our efforts are how focused entirely in Cambodia where we operate or sponsor three primary programs.
AIDS Patient Family Support Program (FSP) brings essential living support to destitute AIDS afflicted women and supports the education expenses of their children.
Apsara Arts Association (AAA) school provide training in traditional Cambodian dance, music, art and culture to disadvantaged children in Phnom Penh.
Rural Assistance Program (RAP) promotes diversified organic farming and reforestation with the aim of achieving food security and improving the health and incomes of peasant farmers in rural Prey Veng province, Cambodia.
The Kasumisou Foundation is a U.S. Internal Revenue Service designated and approved private charitable incorporated in the state of California. Donations are deductible to the extent specified under IRS article 501 c (3).
Kasumisou was founded by Mark and Barbara Rosasco in 1998 and gained incorporated status under IRS and state of California regulations in March 1999.
